A letter from Leonard and Michelle

I leave in a few hours for California. My parents are finding me an apartment today. I could be there for a very long time. Lets pray that it is a short time, and Leonard and Michelle will be proven innocent. Here is a letter from Leonard and Michelle: Thank you all so much for your loving words, prayers and support during our time of grief. Many of you now and over the years have offered to do whatever you can to help our family. Well, today Leonard and I are cashing in on that offer. We need your help! Due to the circumstances surrounding the death of John, Child Protective Services has taken Elektra away from us and we must now prove that we are fit parents capable of raising our daughter. There is a investigation which is forbidding us from giving you any more details at this time. We are asking for both your financial and written support. We need each and every person we have ever met to write a letter on both Ray and myself on our characters and our abilities as parents. The letter needs to state the following: Who you are How you know us How long you have known us What type of people we are / our character, personality How we are as parents A separate letter for each of us would be nice. These letters can either be emailed to Ray and I or handwritten and mailed to our address. We need these letters BEFORE March 16th. Your letters are being written to the Department of Social Services. As for the financial help that I mentioned, we are in the process of hiring a lawyer. But if we go to court it may cost us $100,000+ in legal fees. Anything you can give will help us greatly. But even if you cannot give, just pray for us and that will be just as good as gold. We love you all and we know that out of this nightmare we are going through the truth will shine through. God bless you all.

Moving to California

I am moving to CA in the afternoon. We as a family do not have a choice. Someone in our family needs to take Elektra so she does not get lost in the system. I have such a wonderful husband, that I know to leave my children, they will miss me, but they will be in great hands. He is such a good father, I know they will be fine. My brother Frank is here, he can help. Christina is a big help. I dont work much, so I dont add much income to our household. I am the obvious choice. Please pray that this is resolved quickly AND correctly, so that Leonard and Michelle can have their family back, and so I can be back with my own little family.

Funeral Info

I can not write much information anymore due to my brothers attorneys request. Everything has to be cleared first. So unfortunately, even tho everyone wants details, I am not allowed to provide anymore information on my blog, or other web sites. JJ's funeral will be in San Francisco on Friday, Feb 27th. I do not know the time yet. He will be buried at the Military Cemetery in the same grave as my Uncle Frank. (My moms brother who was killed in Vietnam, in 1968.) There will be a memorial held in Phx, but as of right now, no plans have been made for the date. I will let all you Phx people know, once I know. I suppose I cannot even tell you details of what is happening right now. Lets just say, that innocent people are being made into criminals and CA's CPS changed the innocent till proven guilty into GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT. None of them seem to be doing their jobs correctly. They are twisting things the wrong way, and walking around blind to the truth. I may have to edit this out, for fear that this will be turned and twisted wrong. Please keep your prayers coming for Leonard, Michelle, Elektra, and our entire family. We need the truth to be seen, and for Leonard and Michelle to be able to be together again with their daughter.
