Pics of the Keys and ETC...ETC...ETC....

Here is the newest blog. However, I don't know much about some of the pictures because I was not there for alot of them. As most you know, I am back in San Jose, CA with custody of my niece. Again, I cannot talk much about the case as of this point. We had court today, and the Judge would not return her to her parents. (I am leaving out their names for certain reasons) I am not even sure I can post pictures of her. But I do need to ask and find out. Recently, Zachary had a Boy Scout outing that we attended. Zachary and Mikey worked the booth they were at. (I had pictures, but cant seem to find them) Christina and her friend walked around and went to some of the booths. Caleb and I went to a few booths.

Some guy looks like he is trying to grab Caleb, but since that didn't happen, I am not really sure what he is doing at this point. Caleb may not of won the race, but he had a lot of fun blowing the sailboat down the track. Here Caleb is in a "Castle" and is 'fighting" the other dragons.

My mom, dad and Gramma Ann flew into to visit us on Sat. We had as wonderful of a visit that we could of had, while we had the time together. While the BOYS went golfing, us GIRLS went to Kennedy Space Center to watch the Space Shuttle Atlantis take off. We had a great time! Here is dad and his first cousin Mel Jr, or Junior as we all call him. These birds are all over Florida. They love walking thru our back yards! The Boys had alot fun. AAWWWW how cute!! At this point, most of the pictures I don't know what exactly was happening. But this one was some where on Key West and its a place people get married, so the boys were pretending to kiss. Maybe this is Hemingway's house? I do know that this is a descendant of Hemingway's 6 toed cats. They counted about 26 of 40+. We got to go to Franks restaurant that he is a chef at, and its a THEMED one. This one was all about Cinderella. Prince Charming, Cinderella and her stepmom and stepsisters were there. OOps, these 3 pics are backwards. Caleb didn't talk to the UGLY stepsister so she put a towel over his head. Well, that made him cry and once she realized she made him cry she felt bad, so she took the towel off and gave him a HUGE kiss! He still wasn't impressed.

The last day they were there, they had a ton of rain, and one of the boys looked out on the patio and discovered this..... A TORNADO!!! How SCARY!!!!!!!!!

They made it home safe and sound tho. Then dad and gramma got their plane on Sat and flew home.

and Zachary wondered out loud... "If I plant these sesame seeds will cheeseburgers grow?"

Daytona 500

I had forgotten that I didn't post our Daytona pictures yet! So a little late, but here they are. This was the front of the view from our camping spot. Facing Turn 4.

We liked it alot, and have already reserved it for 2010.

The spot next to us just had a tent which the guy only slept in, because his friends were far away, said he didn't mind the kids playing between our two spots. How lucky is that?!

This was the view to our right facing the middle of turn 3 & 4. This is how we got that great view!! Mike did such an awesome job building this! Most people had very rickety platforms. But there was no way we were going to let our kids sit on something they could fall from easily. It gave us a great view of our campsite too. We had our flags up and umbrellas. We even had a heavy duty mesh fence around it! No kids (or mommys) falling off. We even velcroed cup holders to it. Zachary lost a tooth while we were there!

This was during the Gatorade Duels. The boys were zonked from the fun day we had. One the nights we were there, we went to a campsite that was playing movies and had games and stuff for the kids. They had all the kids write their names on a piece of paper, then at the end of the movie, a name was drawn and that child won the movie.

Zachary won! We were really happy with our set up. We have so much camping stuff that we could easily live in the woods. We went outside of the track to do some souvenir shopping. My kids learned very quickly last year how much money they made by walking next to the trucks and looking for coins. So they walked. to. every. single. trailer. Probably 50+ trailers! But they did find several dollars total. What scavengers! This was a complete high light for them! They also had a little down time. We laid the blankets down on the grass for our floor. We had a really fun time. But we were very disappointed that it rained out the end of the race. We got jipped out of a full race. No fair! Just hanging out watching the races. Now that is what we call a fun weekend! Damn those clouds! We had to close everything up do to the rain. Camping in rain is not fun. Other than the rain, we had a blast!!Cant wait till 2010!!
