Wow! I didn't mean to go this long without blogging!
I have been pretty busy since being home. There have been a ton of little projects that need to be done. Its Spring. Which means spring cleaning. Believe it or not, I really like to spring clean. I love getting deep into a project of organizing.
Taking everything out of closets or drawers or cabinets.
Getting rid of all the unused stuff taking up space.
Then putting it all back together in a neat organized manner.
Its a happy feeling opening said item to find it so neat.
Caleb and Zachary have been enjoying riding their bikes. The neighbors across the street have 2 boys ages 8 & 6.
For Mikes and my 9th Wedding Anniversary we went to Miami Beach. We stayed at a hotel that docked dozens of yachts. From tiny ones to Mansions, it had them all. We had a great time!
The kids had spring break the week of the 5th. Christina flew home to AZ to see her dad and his family. (Chris is doing much better and getting around well) Mike took the boys and I to Palm Beach for most of the break. He had to work some, so the boys and I hung out at the zoo during the day, and then when Mike was done working we'd go to the beach. It was a little chilly on the water due to a cold front that came thru. Caleb stepping in Daddy's Footprints
Zachary stepping in Daddy's Footprints.
At the Naples Zoo we took a boat around to some little islands to see Monkeys.
But I see 2 right here!
Oh, THOSE are the monkeys!
No, I really think THESE are the monkeys. Don't you?
The boys were exhausted after a day of being monkeys. Actually they behaved themselves wonderfully! I never have a problem taking them anywhere. They know how to behave properly. Yeah Zachary & Caleb!!
Friday night we dyed Easter Eggs. Christina didn't want to. She had plans with her friends. I understand of course, but it was really weird not having her there.
We also painted the eggs.
And then they painted Daddy.
Look at all the Easter baskets! Look at all the chocolate! YUM!
Let the hunting begin! In the Family Room.
In the Den.
In the Foyer.
With an audience.
In the Living Room.
