Christinas Senior Prom

Prom was Friday night.

Christina and I spent almost all day getting her ready!

I put designs on her fingernails.

Styled her hair.

Placed individual false eyelashes on her eyes.

Applied her makeup.

She looks so beautiful in Pink.

Poor Ben. He was ready at 2:00.

 Christina wouldn't let him come over until 3:30,

and once he arrived he was not allowed to see her.

She made him wait in the family room for AN hour!

But he can't stay mad at such a pretty girl.

Ben had Christina's corsage on in 3 seconds.

Christina had Bens boutineer on in 3 minutes.

hey it was hard to put on!

I did Katelyns makeup and her toes with rhinestones.

By the way, Katelyn looked gorgeous might I add !

Most of you know Christina's close friend, Big Mike. Well he and his girlfriend were driving to prom and were involved in a car accident.  They are OK. But they completely missed Prom. 

We missed you Mike!

Prom was at Epcot in Disneyworld. Pink must be the IN color!

Here, Ben and I were on our way to Daytona beach the next morning so we could stay at a hotel.

We walked about a total of two miles on the beach to go to the boardwalk.

Prom was themed "Beyond the Sea". It was gorgeous inside! Clear balloons were hung in strands floating up to the ceiling to look like bubbles with fish balloons as well.  The neon lights were white, green, blue and purple for the under the sea theme. In the corners of the room, giant screens projected swimming whales, sharks, and fish. The food was incredible as well as the Dj!

I had a super great time there!

One Random Week

Our Random Week.

Caleb fell asleep while waiting for the Mac n Cheese (homemade of course) to cool down.

Donut time after Golf on Tuesdays.

Zachary lost another tooth!

So did Caleb!  The toothfairy is going to go broke at this rate!

Christina's report card.  GREAT JOB Christina! 

We are sooooo PROUD of you!

Last weekend we went to Al and Dianes for swimming and dinner.

The kids had so much fun swimming that it inspired us to get our own.

 An above ground pool.

While we took the boys pool shopping,

Christina and Katelyn took Elektra prom dress shopping. 

Katelyn needed to get her dress and shoes still. 

Elektra had lots of fun going "Princess" Dress shopping with the girls.

They even stopped and had icecream!

When she got home we were setting up the 18ft x 48in swimming pool.

Well, Mike and Zachary were. I was supervising.

 Elektra was riding her bike and Caleb was hitting golf balls.

I thought I had a ton of awesome swimming pictures,

but I didn't realize there were water drops on my lens,

so all the pics turned out like this. 

 I am posting the best one.

Rest assured, you will see lots of swimming pool pics over the summer.

Both boys had birthday parties this past Saturday.

We only got pictures of Zacharys party.

It was Avery's Zacharys best friend birthday.

They went to the Zoo that we got our annual passes too. 

In front of the zoo they have an obstacle course for kids and one for adults.

It has ropes and bridges tied up in the trees.

Then lunch at Steak and Shake.

I do not have to worry about having too many tomatoes.

Caleb loves eating any extras.

He eats it like an apple.
